All residents are accommodated in single rooms, which are warm, comfortable and well equipped. Each room contains a wash hand basin, a television and a staff call system. Residents are encouraged to furnish their rooms with personal items. Some rooms have en-suite facilities, and there are three main bathrooms, which have been specially adapted to cater for all physical needs.
There is a sitting room where residents can enjoy some quiet time, a lounge equipped with a television and a music system and a conservatory/dining room which overlooks a mature garden.
The garden has been particularly landscaped to be pleasant to look at but at the same time with safe mobility in mind, and provides a protected outdoor space with seating areas for residents and visitors to enjoy.
There is a passenger lift between the ground and first floors.
Residents are provided with nourishing and appetising food, using fresh produce from local suppliers wherever possible. Individual preferences are taken into account, and special dietary requirements are catered for. Residents are offered menu choices at all meal times and may take their meals in the dining area or in their own rooms.
